According to the instructions, the grip is supposed to be mounted with the bulk of the grip motor hanging (at central wrist-rotate position) underneath. However, all things being equal (and they are), it immediately seems more sensible to have the motors bulk above the wrist, so that the wrist can be lowered vertically to the supporting surface (well, you never know ).
It is seen to be easy to achieve this, simply by sticking the gripper onto the wrist-rotate motor the other way up. All things are equal, and this is just as good a construction as per the instructions, if not a little bit more convenient.
