5.6 Level 5: Gripper placement

This software layer allows you to move the manipulator as before, but now the movements will be more refined, without any jerkiness. Also, you can make the gripper keep a fixed attitude or keep it on a fixed line during the motion.

Finally, you can set the position of the gripper in space, and not worry at all about the individual joints in the manipulator arm — that will be worked out for you!
