Against a Dark Background   by Iain M. Banks

Read: 2000-01-01 Reviewed: 2004-04-04
Re-read factor:
Banks' darkest fantasy novel to date. The action takes place around a `Sea House' - actually a morbid monastery in which a sister has incarcerated herself and the other sister has to persuade her out in order to resolve a legacy.

Too fantastical for my liking - there's not that much sci-fi either for an Iain Banks effort.
